Mining Server Infrastructure
On-Site Servers and Virtualisation for Mine Sites
Local compute where the cloud is too far away. We design and support HPE and Lenovo servers and virtualisation for workloads that need to stay on site — file services, licence servers, applications and local processing — with UPS, secure access, backups and remote administration.
Cloud services work well when connectivity is strong. At remote sites, some workloads perform better and stay available longer when they run locally.
When local makes sense
Large file shares, licence servers, local authentication, CCTV recording and on-site processing are common candidates. Keeping them on site removes dependence on a satellite link for day-to-day work.
Design and support
We size servers and virtualisation platforms for the workload, protect them with UPS and environmental monitoring, secure management access and back them up locally and off site. Warranty and remote administration are handled centrally.

Delivery methodology
How we deliver
Assess
We review your sites, users, connectivity and risks, and confirm scope, access and induction requirements.
Design
We select standard, supportable technology and document the solution, costs and delivery plan.
Deploy
Equipment is prepared and tested before dispatch; remote and field engineers implement around your rosters.
Support
Everything is monitored and supported 24/7, with field services coordinated when physical work is needed.
Frequently asked questions
Should we move everything to the cloud?
+
Not necessarily. A hybrid approach often works best for remote sites.
Can servers be managed remotely?
+
Yes, with out-of-band management and monitoring.
How do you protect servers from heat and dust?
+
Through appropriate rooms or enclosures, cooling, filtering and environmental monitoring.
What if hardware fails?
+
Warranty support, spares and smart hands are coordinated to restore service.

Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
The right workload in the right place. We design hybrid environments that combine cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 with on-site servers and storage, unified identity and resilient connectivity — so head office gains cloud flexibility while remote sites keep working when links degrade.
