Remote Mining Site Office IT Setup

A Complete Site Office. Delivered Ready to Connect.

Our signature service for new sites. Tell us the location and head-count and we deliver a consolidated, preconfigured kit — laptops, firewall, switches, WiFi, satellite internet, backup 4G/5G, phones, printer and UPS — tested, documented and ready to plug in on arrival.

Standing up a new exploration office or project site usually means dozens of purchase orders, half-configured equipment and a technician spending their first week on site unpacking boxes.

Office in a Pallet replaces that with one shipment. We specify, procure, configure and test every component in our workshop, then ship it as a consolidated, labelled kit with clear setup documentation.

What can be included

Kits are built to each site's needs. A typical kit includes user devices, network security, wireless, internet connectivity with backup, voice, printing and power protection — along with preconfigured user accounts, an asset register and as-built documentation.

Deployment on arrival

Because everything is pre-staged, site staff can often install the kit themselves with remote guidance. For larger deployments, our field engineers travel with or ahead of the shipment to install and commission the solution.

Package sizes are sizing examples, not fixed-price offerings. Every kit is quoted to requirements.
